We are seeking a meticulous Sales Administrator to manage the end-to-end claims process for our retail stores and distribution partners. In this critical role, you will be the central point of contact for resolving sales discrepancies, processing claims documentation, and ensuring timely reimbursements. You will collaborate with sales teams, store managers, and distributors to investigate claim validity, verify supporting documents, and maintain accurate transaction records. - Manage and process sales claims from retail stores and distributors within established SLAs
- Verify claim documentation for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
- Investigate claim discrepancies through direct communication with stakeholders
- Maintain organized claim databases and transaction records
- Prepare regular reports on claim trends, resolution rates, and financial impacts
- Coordinate with sales teams to implement preventive measures for recurring claims
- Support development and refinement of claims processing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or claims processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with retail distribution systems and claim management software
