Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing and documentation
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and service issues
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with finance on payment processing and invoicing

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3 degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in sales administration or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience with CRM systems (SAP or Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Knowledge of construction industry products is advantageous
