- Manage end-to-end import documentation and sales administration processes
- Coordinate with Japanese-speaking staff and international clients
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports and operational analytics
- Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and transaction support
- Support Japanese staff with translation and communication tasks
- Maintain accurate sales databases and client relationship records
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams for operational alignment
Kualifikasi
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years in sales administration or import/export coordination
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems or sales management software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
