- Identify and engage potential students through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Provide detailed information about our culinary programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities
- Conduct effective presentations to showcase the value of our culinary education
- Manage the application process from initial inquiry to enrollment
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and applications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into sales approaches
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for culinary arts or education is highly desirable
