Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate insurance products to potential customers
- Process policy applications and ensure accurate documentation
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional post-sale service and support to policyholders
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Malaysia Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification
- Proven sales experience is advantageous but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve personal and team goals
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Interest in financial services and insurance industry
- Valid driving license is an added advantage
