Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and facilitate test drives, effectively demonstrating vehicle features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and finalize sales agreements to achieve monthly targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery and customer handover.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Accurately record sales activities and customer data in the company's CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in retail, automotive, or direct sales will have a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Must hold a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) and have a clean driving record.
- Strong negotiation skills, persistence, and a hunter mindset are essential for success in this role.
- Customer-oriented with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and comfortable using digital sales tools.
