- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable furniture and home decor products to clients based on their budget, style, and lifestyle requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and preparing delivery details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and loyalty.
- Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible working hours as required by business needs.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy for processing transactions and managing customer data.
- Keen interest in interior design and home furnishing is an advantage.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
