- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring product displays are organized, clean, and brand-compliant
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a smooth checkout experience
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and store operations
- Actively participate in product knowledge sessions to stay updated on new offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
