As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, connecting customers with their dream vehicles while delivering exceptional service that builds lasting relationships. This role offers a competitive salary range of RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month, plus uncapped commission opportunities for top performers.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct thorough vehicle assessments and provide accurate pricing information
- Manage end-to-end sales process from initial consultation to documentation completion
- Stay updated on automotive trends, new models, and competitive market offerings
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed customer records and sales data in CRM systems
- Participate in sales training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic understanding of vehicle specifications and financing options
