As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the sales process, from the initial showroom visit to the final delivery. You will conduct test drives, negotiate sales terms, and ensure all administrative requirements are met efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Represent and promote the JAECOO brand to potential customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct thorough test drives and vehicle demonstrations to highlight key features.
- Process sales contracts, vehicle registration, and financing applications accurately.
- Follow up with leads and customers to maintain relationships and secure repeat business.
- Maintain a pristine and organized showroom environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification (preferably in Business or Marketing).
- Previous experience in retail sales or the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales management systems is a plus.
