Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide world-class customer service by actively engaging with customers and identifying their specific needs.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the store remains attractive and brand-compliant.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate advice and recommendations to shoppers.
  • Efficiently process transactions and handle payments accurately at the point of sale (POS).
  • Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and organize the stockroom effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment for all customers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Indonesian and conversational English.
  • A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude toward learning and development.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic team.
  • A genuine interest in the lifestyle and fashion industry.
