Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and promote products/services effectively.
- Generate new leads through various channels and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
