- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences and needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
