Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Listen to customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/S1 is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong ability to persuade and close sales deals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
