Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture leads from various channels including social media, online platforms, showroom walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct product demonstrations and vehicle presentations to prospective buyers to highlight features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Promote add-on products and services, such as extended warranties and insurance, to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in any field; relevant automotive qualifications are a plus.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Valid driving license (Malaysian Class B) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
