Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and cultivate new sales leads to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features and safety standards of Toyota models.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding vehicle options, financing packages, and insurance solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through diligent follow-ups and personalized service.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure displays and marketing materials are effectively managed.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, automotive, or luxury goods sales.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software.
