Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and recommend suitable models.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase product features.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding specifications, features, and financing options.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in local dialects is an advantage.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driver's license (D).
- Passionate about the automotive industry and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
