Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultative advice to customers regarding vehicle selection and financing options.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, ensuring a transparent and trusted experience for every buyer.
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-throughs and test drives to highlight key benefits and inspection standards.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively following up on leads and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vehicle availability and seamless document processing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in retail sales, automotive, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep commitment to service excellence and integrity.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting KPIs.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail operational needs.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving various types of vehicles.
