In this role, you will be the face of our company, helping customers navigate their vehicle purchasing journey and providing expert advice on our comprehensive motor credit solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers and inbound leads to promote vehicle sales and credit schemes.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and financing options to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final documentation and vehicle handover.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct follow-up calls and manage sales pipelines to ensure monthly targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure the showroom floor is organized and vehicle presentations are always professional and inviting.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations team to ensure smooth loan processing and credit approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma/degree in business or related fields is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or automotive finance is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or local dialects.
- Strong negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
