Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized coffee consultations to customers, highlighting product features and flavor profiles
- Drive sales growth by effectively promoting Bacha Coffee's premium product portfolio
- Maintain pristine store presentation and ensure product freshness standards
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic POS systems and cash handling
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
