Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with visitors and understanding their unique needs.
- Drive store sales performance by promoting key products and achieving individual and team targets.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to reflect brand identity.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, organization, and conducting regular stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Keep the store floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety and brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed appearance with a genuine interest in fashion and retail trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer operation and retail systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
