Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Kate Spade's global brand standards.
- Act as a mentor and coach for fellow sales associates, providing on-the-floor guidance and product training.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain impeccable store visual merchandising standards to ensure the brand's aesthetic is consistently showcased.
- Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and styling advice.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and grace.
- Support store management in administrative tasks and daily operational reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related fields is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to coach or lead team members effectively.
- Strong sense of fashion trends and brand awareness.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
