In this role, you will be the face of Carro, guiding customers through their journey to owning an electric vehicle. You will play a crucial role in educating the market about EV technology, managing customer inquiries, and closing deals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct market research and lead generation to identify potential EV buyers in the Seremban and Negeri Sembilan region.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge regarding electric vehicles.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client inquiries and test drives to finalizing contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest EV market trends, competitor activities, and government incentives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to organize promotional events and dealership activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Automotive.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Valid driving license (Class B) and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and high energy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electric vehicle technology is a significant advantage.
