Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect Garmin sports watch, GPS devices, and fitness trackers tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and expert advice on features, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle customer inquiries and returns efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement promotional strategies and improve the customer shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for sports, running, fitness, or outdoor activities is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems and inventory management software.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise.
- Resident of Pontianak or willing to relocate to the area.
