In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert consultations to clients, designers, and contractors. You will help transform spaces by showcasing our innovative product range, ensuring that every customer finds the perfect aesthetic and functional solution for their projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional product consultations to customers, interior designers, and architects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales.
- Analyze customer design requirements and recommend appropriate product applications.
- Actively participate in showroom activities, product demonstrations, and industry exhibitions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest interior design trends and building materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare accurate project estimates, quotations, and follow-up on leads in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or interior consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and architectural aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong advantage.
- High level of customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
