Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their motorcycling needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of our motorcycle range.
- Guide customers through the end-to-end sales process, including financing options and vehicle registration.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an organized and attractive showroom floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Follow up with prospective leads via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid motorcycle license (B2/B Full) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (additional dialects are a plus).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer literacy for processing sales documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per the retail roster.
