Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and greet customers at the dealership, understanding their needs and preferences for vehicles
- Provide detailed information about Nissan models, features, specifications, and pricing options
- Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience the performance and comfort of Nissan vehicles
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and financing options to potential buyers
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with potential clients to ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with at least 1-2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales management software
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good product knowledge of automotive industry and Nissan vehicles would be an advantage
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the dealership
