As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Nissan, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop sales leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and test drives to potential customers, showcasing the features of Nissan combustion and EV models.
- Maintain a deep understanding of vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to build brand loyalty and generate referrals.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to drive brand awareness in the Sabah region.
- Ensure all sales documentation and customer database entries are accurate and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of customer-centricity.
- Candidates based in or willing to work in Kota Kinabalu are preferred.
