Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and cultivate new sales leads to grow our customer base.
- Provide expert product demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits of Nissan’s latest passenger and EV models.
- Guide customers through the end-to-end sales process, including financing options and vehicle registration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client inquiries are handled with professionalism and care.
- Participate in showroom events, roadshows, and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of automotive trends, competitor offerings, and Nissan vehicle specifications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales or automotive sales is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license (D license).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in Malay and English.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and focused on achieving high-performance results.
- Basic computer literacy for processing sales documentation and CRM management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
