Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences
- Present Nissan vehicle features, specifications, and financing options through personalized consultations
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to enhance customer confidence
- Prepare and present sales proposals while negotiating terms to achieve win-win outcomes
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with aftersales team to ensure seamless post-purchase customer experiences
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Meet monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Business/Marketing preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, automotive industry advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Strong negotiation abilities and result-driven mindset
- Valid driving license with clean record (for test drive demonstrations)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin beneficial for diverse clientele
