Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and cultivate new sales leads to grow our customer base in the Miri region.
- Deliver exceptional product presentations, highlighting the unique features and safety benefits of Nissan vehicles.
- Provide expert-level knowledge on Nissan's Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and sustainable mobility solutions.
- Conduct professional test drives to ensure customers have an engaging and safe experience with our vehicles.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing the deal and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing thorough post-sales support and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the finance team to explain loan packages, insurance options, and trade-in valuations to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field; candidates with prior experience in retail or automotive sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Possess a valid driving license (competency in driving manual and automatic vehicles).
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills in Malay and English (knowledge of local dialects is a plus).
- A strong desire to achieve sales targets and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in computer literacy for administrative reporting and CRM usage.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
