Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Nissan vehicle features, specifications, and financing options to customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current promotions, incentives, and product information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting Nissan vehicles and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the ownership experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in business or marketing is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to test drive vehicles with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
