Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting the right Nissan vehicle that meets their lifestyle and budget requirements.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and financing options to potential buyers in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals in line with company targets and policies.
- Conduct test drives for interested clients and answer technical product questions.
- Maintain an organized and clean showroom environment that reflects the premium brand image of Nissan.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly using the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably in Sales, Business, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Valid driving license (Class 3) and own transport.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
