Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the Nissan dealership in Puchong
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Nissan vehicle models
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing information effectively
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with the finance and aftersales departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with excellent service orientation
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driving license is advantageous
