Tanggung Jawab
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through strategic follow-up sequences and relationship building
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records with detailed customer interactions and sales pipeline status
- Provide comprehensive product/service support to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve sales-related issues
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust approaches to consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and ethical sales practices in all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, lead conversion, or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales targets/KPIs
- Flexible availability to work mid-shift schedule (4 PM - 1 AM) with guaranteed weekends off
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Proficiency in English and Tagalog for local market engagement
