- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks fresh, inviting, and on-brand at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, folding, hanging, and organizing garments.
- Handle fitting room duties, offering sizing advice and fashion tips to customers.
- Support loss prevention initiatives by maintaining store awareness and security standards.
- Participate in store campaigns, sales activities, and team meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong passion for fashion and a desire to learn about H&M products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, global team.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
