Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, providing excellent service in Malay (Jawi) and English.
- Organize, stock, and replenish merchandise on shelves according to company display standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe store environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management tasks including stock counts and receiving deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product location, pricing, and promotions, specifically utilizing Jawi script for communication when required.
- Ensure price tags and signage are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in reading and writing Jawi script is mandatory.
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items when necessary.
- Positive attitude, self-disciplined, and a strong team player.
- Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident.
