Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their wellness needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive store sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Perform end-to-end sales transactions, including processing payments and handling customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts.
- Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, clean, and stocked according to company merchandising standards.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our wellness product line.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures and ensure security protocols are followed.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product benefits clearly.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and personal care products.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail regarding inventory management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive, proactive, and customer-centric attitude.
