Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival in the showroom, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations, explaining technical features and financing options to prospective buyers.
- Assist customers with the sales process, including paperwork, test drives, and contract signing.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Stay updated on the latest Perodua models, features, and industry market trends.
- Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in any field; Sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (preferably Class B).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in customer service and relationship management.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated with a passion for the automotive industry.
