- Proactively approach and engage potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate Proton vehicle features, specifications, and benefits effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in our CRM system
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification, preferably with a diploma in business or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
