- Present diamond jewellery collections to customers and provide expert product guidance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Maintain accurate product knowledge of diamond specifications and craftsmanship
- Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and visual merchandising
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or luxury goods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic understanding of diamond quality and jewellery valuation
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
