In this role, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the perfect gear to reach their performance goals while maintaining a premium store environment.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store operations run smoothly, from inventory management to providing expert product advice to our valued clientele.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by providing expert advice on Salomon products and technologies.
- Drive store sales by actively engaging with customers and identifying their specific sporting needs.
- Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to ensure accurate and speedy transactions.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness to reflect the premium brand image.
- Perform daily inventory counts, stock replenishment, and monitor stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including daily reporting and documentation as required by store management.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in retail, particularly in fashion, sports, or premium lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Passionate about outdoor activities, trail running, or general fitness.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail regarding inventory and cash handling.
