Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and introduce premium aesthetic equipment to potential customers in the medical and beauty sectors.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales pitches effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure proper usage.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device or aesthetic industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive speaking ability.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment and aesthetic treatments is highly preferred.
