Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing and supporting sales agency partners to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with agency partners on promotional activities and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new agencies and expansion areas.
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to understand company products and strategies.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks and documentation.
- Attend field visits with senior sales representatives to learn direct sales and client handling.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for agencies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Prior internship or sales experience is a plus but not required.
