As part of our remote sales force, you will be responsible for managing your own pipeline, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment. We provide the tools you need to succeed, while you provide the energy and expertise to drive revenue.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound communication.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and virtual touchpoints to reach sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients with a focus on value-based selling.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead contact through to deal closure.
- Update and maintain client records accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to team performance goals.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams).
- High-speed internet connection and a conducive, quiet home-office environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- A results-oriented mindset with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
