Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and consultations for potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role (minimum 1-2 years experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation and energy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
