Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of automotive products/services through direct customer engagement and active outreach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations and answering inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert interest into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on negotiation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and products.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
