Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate innovative Wonderzyme health solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to gather feedback and improve sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Wonderzyme as the market leader.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wellness sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn new sales techniques.
- Valid ID and able to work in the Philippines (Mandaluyong City).
