Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain technical solutions effectively.
- Close sales deals by negotiating terms and conditions with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of technology and software solutions is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
