Tanggung Jawab
- Process incoming job orders and sales orders with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure real-time stock allocation and availability.
- Manage delivery scheduling and logistics coordination to meet customer timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily operation documentation and sales reports.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for order status inquiries and updates.
- Monitor sales order cycles to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain or delivery issues.
- Maintain electronic records of sales transactions in accordance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, logistics, or order processing preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to perform under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be based in Pasay City.
